Peel and steam the carrot until soft.
Mash the carrot into a puree.
Put the carrot puree, 250g high-gluten flour, 3g yeast, 10-20g pork floss, and 15g butter into the bread maker and press the start button.
The bread maker will knead and ferment the dough automatically. Just press start, and you don’t need to worry about the color, weight, or type – I default to 1.
This is the fermentation stage. After three to four hours, you will hear a beep indicating the bread is ready.
Take it out and let it cool. Once cooled, seal and store at room temperature or in the freezer.
