Cartoon Cake: Doraemon Cooking Steps
Sponge Cake Ingredients: 4 whole eggs, 120g low-gluten flour (sifted), 100g fine sugar, 30g salad oil
Frosting: Frosting, food coloring, piping turntable, canned fruits, piping bag.
Crack eggs into an oil-free and water-free container, use an electric egg beater to beat at low speed until coarse bubbles form, then add white sugar.
Beat at high speed until the egg mixture forms stiff peaks that do not droop when lifted.
Slowly pour salad oil into the egg mixture and continue to beat until well combined.
Sift low-gluten flour over the surface of the egg mixture in 2-3 additions, gently fold in with a rubber spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Line the mold with parchment paper and lightly grease.
Pour the batter into the mold, filling it about 80% full, tap lightly to level the surface.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place on the middle rack, and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove the sponge cake and trim off the top layer. (I added fruits so I cut it into three layers.)
Refrigerate the frosting for at least 12 hours, then shake well until it reaches 8-9% volume.
Place the cake on a piping turntable, drain the canned fruits from the syrup and set aside.
Spread a thin layer of frosting evenly and top with diced fruits.
Cover the entire cake with frosting, use a toothpick to lightly outline the desired design.
Start by drawing the main lines of the design.
Prepare the food coloring to the desired colors, fill them in piping bags, and pipe out the shapes.
Characteristics: Cute design
