Prepare century eggs according to the number of servings, one per person is recommended.
Chop the century eggs into small pieces.
Thinly slice the lean pork into shreds.
Finely chop the green onions.
Julienne the ginger.
Cook a pot of white rice porridge, add ginger strips and half of the chopped green onions, season with salt and chicken bouillon.
