Detailed Steps for Cooking Changzi Skewers
Thaw various types of Changzi, Sweet and Spicy Tofu. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes in advance.
Skewer them according to your preference, leaving gaps in between.
Arrange them with intervals on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Pour cooking oil, a pinch of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seeds, and cumin powder into a bowl, and mix them into a sauce.
Brush the sauce onto the skewers.
Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Flip them over, brush with sauce again, sprinkle with cumin seeds, and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
