Char Siu Pork Cooking Steps
Wash and dry the pork tenderloin, then slice it thinly.
Prepare the seasoning. This recipe is for three pounds of meat, but I used half of it.
Mix the seasoning with the pork slices thoroughly, and marinate for three hours (I marinated it overnight).
This is the mixed pork.
Hang the pork slices on a wire for 24 hours to dry. I hung it on the wire rack in the oven.
This is what it looks like after drying for a day, the moisture gradually dries up.
Put the dried pork slices in a dish, and steam for fifteen minutes after the water boils.
After steaming, pour out the water in the dish.
Tear it into strips and enjoy the deliciousness.
