Main Ingredients:
Milk: 150ml; Whipping Cream: 100ml; Tea Leaves: 4g; Granulated Sugar: 10g.
Additional Ingredients:
Tapioca Pearls: as needed.

Chatime Boba Ice Cream Cooking Steps
Prepare a pot, pour in 150ml of milk and 4g of tea leaves.
Same as above.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture coats the back of a spoon and a line drawn through it does not disappear immediately.
Same as above.
After cooking, cool the mixture in ice water, then remove and refrigerate for 2-3 hours :).
Take out the chilled mixture, pour in 100ml of whipping cream, then pour into a pre-frozen ice cream maker overnight.
Same as above.
Stir for 10-15 minutes.
Place your favorite piping tip in a piping bag, fill with ice cream, and squeeze into cups.
Make chewy and smooth brown sugar pearls. (For those who don’t know how, you can refer to previous articles or ask me again).
Place the brown sugar pearls into the ice cream, as much as you like.
Finished product!
