Cheese and Ham Pizza (Super Detailed) Cooking Steps
Making the pizza dough with 210g of low-gluten flour

Put all dough ingredients into the bread machine, or knead by hand until soft for about 15 minutes. Ingredients include 210g high-gluten flour, 90g low-gluten flour, 190g water, 20g vegetable oil, 5g salt, 5g yeast, 15g sugar, 12g powdered milk.
Let it ferment at around 28 degrees Celsius for an hour.
While waiting for the dough to ferment, you can make the pizza sauce by dicing half an onion.
Also dice 4-5 cloves of garlic.
Combine the diced onion and garlic.
Dice tomatoes, about 2 medium-sized tomatoes.
5g of salt
35g of butter
5g freshly ground black pepper
Dried herbs, tomato sauce – optional, but adds flavor.
