Cooking Steps for Cheese Cherry Blossom Fried Shrimp Stick (Japanese)
This is the newly bought large shrimp, very big. I selected the larger ones from the shrimp. I used a total of seven large shrimp, very fresh! When selecting shrimp, look for ones with curled tails, indicating they are freshly dead shrimp!
Remove the head of the large shrimp, there are many dirty things inside, make sure to clean it thoroughly!
Peel the shrimp, remove all the legs of the shrimp, but be sure to leave the shrimp tails!
Wash the peeled large shrimp in a bowl, especially clean the head area, there is a lot of stuff there. After washing, the large shrimp will be very shiny and clean!
Place the cleaned large shrimp on a plate, give them a preliminary massage, and spread out their tails. This is to ensure that the shrimp does not clump together during frying and to prevent the tails from sticking together!
Cut open the shrimp from the back, and remove the shrimp’s veins, which are dirty and black.
Use a knife to remove them, quite cruel!
Place the cut shrimp on a plate, looks nice, like 7 little fish, feels fresh and delicious, I like it!
Prepare breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, eggs, and various seasonings, let’s get started!
Season the shrimp with wine, salt, rice vinegar, sugar, and pepper. I don’t like it too strong, so I marinate for a shorter time. Adjust according to your and your family’s preferences!
Take out the cheese, breadcrumbs, and beaten eggs!
Place the cheese inside the shrimp meat! This will enhance the flavor, like a shrimp pizza taste! Very delicious!
Dip in the beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs!
Let’s make a little tomato sauce, prepare the ketchup. Since ketchup is dark in color, strong in taste, and very sour, we dilute it with sugar water to enhance the taste and color!
Put the ketchup in the sugar water, then stir!
Fry the large shrimp until golden brown, very fragrant, crispy on the outside and tender inside!
The beautiful tails bloom like cherry blossoms! So beautiful, love it!
All lined up neatly!
Isn’t it beautiful? Want to take a bite!
Dip in the tomato sauce!
Even tastier with the tomato sauce, hehe!
Only three left!
Looks good, right?
