Cheese Scones Cooking Steps
All ingredients are ready.
Beat the egg into egg liquid and set aside.
Add sifted powdered sugar to the butter.
Beat until fluffy and white.
Add the egg liquid in 2-3 times and mix well.
Add the cream cheese and continue to mix.
Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
First add a portion of flour and mix well. (Divide the flour into several portions and alternate with fresh milk.)
Then add a little fresh milk and mix well.
Knead the dough made by alternating flour and fresh milk.
Divide the dough into small doughs of 10g each and roll them into balls.
Slightly flatten the small doughs and neatly arrange them on a baking tray coated with butter.
Brush a layer of egg yolk evenly on top.
Sprinkle a little cheese powder on each small dough.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The finished product taken out after 15 minutes still feels uncooked. I put it back in the oven for a little more time until the scones are crispy.
These are my “Cheese Scones” with a crispy and cheesy taste.
