Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, mix cookies, butter, and sugar, press into the bottom and sides of the mold (for easy removal), bake for 10 to 15 minutes, then let it cool.
Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl, beat until smooth, then gradually add eggs (one at a time) and vanilla extract, pour into the mold.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, bake in a water bath for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 95 degrees and bake for 100 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
