Chenpi Plum Pear Juice Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients. I used two small pears, snow pears would yield better results, but I didn’t have any, so I used regular pears instead.
Wash and peel the pears, you can also include the pear peels in the cooking process. Since my pears weren’t great today, I didn’t use the peels.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a health pot, or you can use a regular pot, but a health pot is more convenient as you don’t need to watch over it.
Add the diced pears.
Add a spoonful of chenpi.
Add the preserved plums.
Select the porridge function and simmer for about an hour.
Add rock sugar and cook until the sugar melts.
Strain the mixture.
