Steps for making Cherry Tiramisu
Beat the egg yolks with a manual egg beater until thick and creamy.
Boil water and granulated sugar until boiling, slowly pour into the beaten egg yolks while stirring with an egg beater.
Use an electric egg beater to beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth and without lumps.
After beating the mascarpone cheese, mix it with the egg yolk mixture until well combined.
Break the gelatin sheets into small pieces and soak them in cold water.
Use an electric egg beater to beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Mix the concentrated coffee and rum to make coffee liqueur. Dip a ladyfinger into the coffee liqueur quickly and let it soak up the liquid.
Place the soaked ladyfinger at the bottom of a cake mold and repeat the process until the bottom of the mold is covered with ladyfingers.
Add the softened gelatin pieces to the cheese mixture and stir until dissolved.
Add the whipped cream to the cheese mixture and mix well.
