Steps to Cook Chestnut Braised Rice
Wash and soak the dried shiitake mushrooms.
Peel the chestnuts, wash and prepare the peas, carrots, and corn.
Rinse the rice twice.
Cut the fatty and lean parts of the pork separately.
Finely chop the dried shiitake mushrooms.
Stir-fry the fatty pork in a pan until oil is released, then add the lean pork and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the vegetables, stir-fry, and mix in cooking wine and soy sauce.
Spread the mixture over the rice.
Pour in the soaked mushroom water, then add water to the level of the ingredients, and press the rice cooking button.
Add some salt to boiling water, cook the peas until done, then remove.
Once the rice is cooked, add the peas and let it simmer.
