Chicago-style Sausage and Apple Pizza Cooking Steps
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix flour, salt, and sugar together, then add yeast water and knead into a dough. Add butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours.
Prepare the pizza sauce.
Cut the sausage into slices and dice the apples.
Drain the sweet corn.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into large thin slices.
Roll the fermented dough into a circle and place it in a baking pan.
Place the mozzarella cheese sticks around the pizza pan.
