Steps for Cooking Chicken Cutlet
Prepare one chicken breast.
Cut the chicken breast in half without cutting it off completely.
Beat the chicken breast with the back of a knife.
Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, scallions, salt, and skip ginger if not available.
Add a tablespoon of Orleans marinade.
Apply all seasonings evenly on both sides of the chicken breast. Marinate for 10 minutes. Cover the surface with plastic wrap to prevent drying.
Coat both sides of the chicken breast evenly with starch.
Prepare a plate and add a beaten egg.
Coat the chicken breast with the egg mixture.
Prepare several plates and put bread crumbs in them.
Coat the chicken breast evenly with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, add the chicken cutlet. Remember to flip it over in the middle and fry for about 7-8 minutes. My chicken cutlet is a bit thick, so it takes a longer time to fry. If the chicken cutlet is thinner, the time can be shortened accordingly.
Remove the fried chicken cutlet and cut it into pieces.
Drizzle tomato sauce on the surface of the chicken cutlet. It’s ready to eat.
