Detailed Steps for Cooking Chicken Wing Stuffed Rice
After work, suddenly felt like trying chicken wing stuffed rice. Couldn’t find whole chicken wings at the supermarket, so had to use chicken mid-wings instead. Removed bones from the chicken wings (first time making this, didn’t have time to look for a video on how to debone, for those who don’t know, you can search online for videos on how to debone), marinated with ginger, garlic, scallions, and chili, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper for 0.5-1 hour.
Chop soaked dried shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry with carrots until cooked, then add rice and stir-fry until grains are distinct. Finally, add scallions and salt, garnish with cilantro before serving.
Next, stuff the rice into the chicken wings. Some use a mineral water bottle mouth as a funnel to stuff the rice, but my chicken wings are small, so I just used gloves and stuffed the rice in directly, hahaヾノ≧∀≦)o
After stuffing the rice into the chicken wings, pan-fry them (I don’t have an oven, so I had to pan-fry them).
