Cream of tartar: 2g; Cranberries: 20g; Raisins: 20g.

Chiffon Cake Cooking Steps
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Combine egg yolks with half of the sugar, corn oil, and milk, mix well.
Sift in cake flour and cornstarch.
Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy, then add the remaining sugar.
Combine in three additions until smooth.
Pour into the mold, sprinkle with cranberries and raisins.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes (couldn’t resist taking a bite to taste).
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
