Detailed Steps for Making Chiffon Heart-Shaped Cake
Prepare the ingredients.
Separate the eggs, make sure to place them in clean, dry, and oil-free containers, with no egg yolk in the egg whites!!!
Add 15g of sugar to the egg yolks.
Mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add corn oil and stir well. Note: Any colorless and flavorless oil will do.
Sift in cake flour.
Mix well and set aside.
Add vanilla extract to the egg whites.
Use an electric mixer to beat until foamy, then add 10g of sugar.
Beat until fine foam forms, then add another 10g of sugar.
Beat until there are visible lines on the edges, then add the final 10g of sugar.
Beat until there is noticeable resistance, many lines on the edges, and when you lift the mixer, there are sharp right angles. Note: It must be in this state.
Add the egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture in three parts, making sure to mix well each time. Note: Do not stir in circles, use a folding motion instead.
Take about a quarter of the mixture, use a toothpick to add 2 drops for a darker color in the center, and 1 drop for a lighter color on the side. Note: Adjust color intensity according to preference.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

Cut a small hole in the piping bag and gently squeeze the mixture along the edges.

Fill the mold in a circular motion, tap gently with a toothpick, and vibrate to remove air bubbles. Note: Be careful not to touch the center mold.
Quickly remove the center mold. Note: Be quick and gentle to maintain the shape.
When you hear the beep indicating preheating is complete, place the cake in the oven and start baking. Note: Follow the oven’s instructions for a perfect bake.
If you need to check the cake during baking, use the light button on the side of the oven for a clear view without opening the door.
Once baked, immediately invert the cake and let it cool before removing.
