Here’s a picture of the finished product. It’s great with a glass of milk for breakfast. A nutritious breakfast is a great way to start a wonderful day.
Put all the ingredients except the butter into the chef’s machine. Start the mixing program and mix for 5 minutes.
Add the butter and continue the mixing program for another 5 minutes.
Knead the dough until it can be stretched into a film.
Then shape the dough into a ball and place it in a stainless steel bowl. If you don’t have a chef’s machine, you can knead the dough by hand for about 10-15 minutes. It’s a bit harder this way, but it’s okay for foodies to work a little harder.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise to twice its size, as shown in the picture. In winter, the bowl should be placed on top of warm water, or placed in the oven with a pot of boiling water on the bottom rack and the oven door closed for about 50 minutes to allow it to rise to twice its size.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, knead them into round shapes, cover them with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long strip, fold it in half on both sides, and place a sausage in the middle.
Squeeze in a layer of salad dressing.
Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes with both top and bottom heat. The temperature and time settings may vary depending on the size and brand of your oven. The temperature should not be too high or too low.
