Detailed Steps for Cooking Chinese Black Fungus with Aged Vinegar
Ingredients: black fungus, cucumber, aged vinegar, soy sauce for cold dishes, sugar, garlic
Rinse the cucumber, pat it with the back of a knife, and cut it into pieces.
Mince the garlic.
Break the soaked black fungus into small pieces and blanch in boiling water.
Transfer the blanched black fungus to cold water to cool.
Place the cooled black fungus and cucumber in a deep dish.
Add the minced garlic.
Then add sugar, soy sauce for cold dishes, aged vinegar, and white sesame seeds, mix well.
You can add some chili oil or green chili according to your taste, which is more appetizing. (In my family, we usually don’t add spice for my daughter)
