Steps to Make Chinese Date and Peach Gum Sweet Soup with Snow Swallow
Soak 5g of snow swallow and 5g of Chinese date in cold water for 24 hours.
On the second day, soak 10g of peach gum in cold water for 6 hours.
Filter out the soaked peach gum, snow swallow, and Chinese date, removing any large impurities.
Place the cleaned Chinese date, snow swallow, and peach gum in a stew pot, add a small amount of water, rock sugar, and goji berries, and stew on low heat for 20 minutes.
