Steps to Make Chinese Leek and Pork Dumplings
Take the ground pork.
Add salt and soy sauce.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Wash the Chinese leeks.
Chop the Chinese leeks into small pieces.
Mix the chopped Chinese leeks with the ground pork.

Knead the dough until smooth and divide it into 6 portions. Roll out each portion into a thin wrapper.
Place the filling on one side of the wrapper and flatten it.
Wrap the dumpling.
Heat the pan with a small amount of oil and spread the oil evenly.
Place the dumplings in the pan.
Cook three dumplings at a time as shown in the photo.
Cook until one side is golden brown, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown and the dumplings are fully cooked.
Remove from the pan.
