Prepare the ingredients.
Add sponge mix, eggs, and water to a mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until fluffy.
Add sunflower oil,
Continue mixing until well combined.
Well combined.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Place in preheated oven, 180°C, for 40 minutes. (Oven temperatures may vary, adjust temperature and time accordingly).
Once the cake is baked, cool and remove from the mold. Cut into 3 cake slices.
Filling ingredients.
Whip the fresh cream until stiff peaks form, set aside.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
Add peanut butter,
Stir until well combined.
Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture.
Stir until well combined.
Cut the cake into 3 slices.
Take one cake slice, spread a thick layer of chocolate peanut butter cream filling.
Place the second cake slice on top, and repeat until the third slice.
Whip the cream, spread a layer of whipped cream on the surface.
Decorate according to personal preference.
Draw patterns on the cake, add color as desired.
