Chinese New Year Firecracker Dish Cooking Steps
Prepare all the ingredients.
Chop the pork into small pieces and stir into minced meat.
Take out a small portion and mix the rest with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Set aside.
Cut the bacon in half lengthwise.
Roll the minced meat into the bacon and roll it up.
