Chinese Sausage and Green Onion Rice Cooking Steps
Soak the pearl rice, Chinese sausage, green onion, and red chili pepper.
Cook the rice, water, and Chinese sausage over low heat (cover while cooking).
In another pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, stir-fry the chopped green onion and chili pepper for a few seconds, then remove from heat.
Add the sliced Chinese sausage, stir-fried green onion and chili pepper, soy sauce, and MSG to the rice, mix well, and serve.
