Steps to Make Chocolate Chip Bread
Put 210g of high-gluten flour, 10g of black cocoa powder, 30g of brown sugar, 3g of yeast powder, 105g of milk, 35g of eggs, and 2g of salt into the bread machine barrel.
Add butter to the dough.
Knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage, add chocolate chips, and knead them into the dough.
After fermentation is complete, weigh the total weight, divide it into 9 equal parts, roll them into balls, and seal them tightly.
Put the dough into a pre-greased tart mold for the final fermentation.
