Detailed steps for cooking Chocolate French Toast
First, use a bread machine to knead the bread dough and let it ferment until it doubles in size. The toast recipe is not provided here, but you can refer to the toast recipe I posted before.
After shaping, use the toast mold for secondary fermentation, and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. I baked two slices of toast.
Cool the baked toast and slice it.
Put milk and egg in a bowl and mix well.
For easy soaking, I poured the egg and milk mixture into a plate, soaked the toast slices in it, soaked both sides, and let the toast absorb the egg and milk mixture.
Heat the frying pan and add a little butter. Put the soaked toast slices in and fry over low heat.
When one side is set, flip it over and cook until both sides are set. Fry both slices of toast in the same way.
Place one slice of fried toast on a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and then add some yogurt.
