Detailed Steps for Making Chocolate Ice Cream
100g of milk.
Add cornstarch to the milk.
Add egg yolk.
Heat on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Create egg yolk mixture.
Add chocolate sauce.
Mix well, let cool. (I got distracted while heating my egg yolk mixture, so it turned a bit lumpy.)
Whip whipping cream with sugar.
Combine whipped cream with chocolate mixture.
I didn’t mix it very evenly. Sometimes having some texture looks pretty too.
Transfer the cream mixture into a plastic bag, squeeze into molds.
I also used pudding molds. Freeze in the freezer for 4 hours or more.
Forgot to take a picture of this mold.
Not the prettiest, but very delicious.
Mickey Mouse face.
Let’s enjoy the ice cream together!
