Ingredients
Chop the chocolate and cut the butter into small pieces, put them in a bowl and heat them in a double boiler
Stir until completely melted and mixed, then remove from heat
Mix the milk powder, oats, high-gluten flour, and granulated sugar
Pour the chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients
Mix well
Add the beaten egg
Mix well
Roll into small balls of about 11g each
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
