Detailed Steps for Making Chocolate Sablé Cups
Pour powdered sugar into the flour (if there is no powdered sugar, regular sugar mixed with 5% cornstarch can be used and blended into a powder using a blender). This amount can make about 3 cups.
Add almond flour (can be blended using a blender)
Mix together
Add room temperature butter and mix the butter into the flour by hand.
Add the egg, then continue to add 3 tablespoons of water
Knead the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet
Use a bowl to cut out 3 large circles and 3 small circles (the large circle is for the saucer, and the small circle is for the cup base)
Then knead 3 small strips to make cup handles
Measure the circumference, cut a rectangle from the dough with a length equal to the circumference, then cut it into triangular ring shapes as shown in the picture
Place the cup base in the mold first, then overlap the triangular cup body around the mold, and place the saucer and handle into a preheated 180-degree oven for 10 minutes
Reduce the heat, put cream in the pan, heat it, add melted chocolate, then add butter and mix it together to make the chocolate sauce
The baked sablé cups
Pour in the prepared chocolate sauce, and when serving, top with whipped cream for an even better taste~~
