Christmas Cupcake Cooking Steps
Prepare the main ingredients;
Mix eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, beat over hot water until fluffy;
Beat until the batter forms a ribbon that doesn’t disappear easily;
Sift in cake flour, fold evenly;
Pour in melted butter, fold evenly;
Fill paper cups 7/8 full with the batter, then tap a few times to remove large air bubbles;
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat, middle rack, for 18 minutes;
Remove from the oven and let cool;
Whip 100g whipping cream with 10g granulated sugar;
Wash and dry strawberries, cut off the bottom, then cut the top off at one-third, as shown in the picture;
Transfer two-thirds of the whipped cream into a piping bag (round tip), squeeze a layer on top of the cake, squeeze out Santa’s head and beard on the strawberry, place the strawberry top as a hat, decorate the tip of the hat, and use sesame seeds as eyes. Add green food coloring to the remaining one-third of the whipped cream, whip until smooth, transfer to a piping bag (8-petal flower tip), squeeze a layer of white cream on the cupcake, place a strawberry in the middle, then pipe green cream around the strawberry to create a Christmas tree, sprinkle with sugar pearls for decoration, and insert a card.
