Ingredients: 300g whipped cream, 1 6-inch chiffon cake, 30g granulated sugar, a little red food coloring, a little green food coloring, a little brown food coloring, sugar pearls as needed. Tools: pointed flower nozzle, flat flower nozzle, leaf nozzle, fine piping bag, piping turntable, electric mixer.
Slice the cake horizontally into three equal layers, removing any cake crumbs.
Take two-thirds of the whipped cream, add two-thirds of the sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
It should hold its shape when piped.
