Christmas Tree Cream Cake Cooking Steps
Prepare the ingredients.
Separate the egg yolks and beat them.
Add corn oil and milk, mix well.
Sift low-gluten flour into the egg yolk mixture.
Fold evenly.
Add fine sugar in 3 portions to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture in 3 portions, fold evenly.
Pour into a 7-inch high-sided hollow mold, preheat the oven to 150 degrees top and bottom heat, bake in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes.
After baking, cool and remove from the mold.
Divide the cake into three layers, whip the whipping cream with fine sugar and spread it on the surface.
