Prepare all the ingredients. I used a lot of lemons, so I washed them in batches and made some into paste and some into slices.
Wash the lemons with fine salt and a little water several times.
Bake the washed lemons in the oven at low temperature until the surface is dry.
Cut the lemons into thin slices and remove the seeds.
Crush the rock sugar into small pieces.
Spread an appropriate amount of rock sugar on the bottom, then place the lemon slices on top.
Add the remaining rock sugar on top.
