Prepare the ingredients needed for the dough.
Prepare the ingredients for the cinnamon filling: butter, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, and egg liquid for brushing the surface.
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon powder thoroughly. Set aside.
Mix the ingredients for the dough (excluding butter and yeast) until a dough forms, then place it in a bread machine, set to knead for 20 minutes. Add chopped butter and yeast, continue kneading for 40 minutes until the dough forms a membrane.
