Detailed steps for making Cinnamon Rolls
Mix all the ingredients for the dough except for the melted butter, stir until there is no dry powder, and then pour in the melted butter.
The kneaded dough is very soft and does not need to be proofed.
Cover with plastic wrap and proof until it doubles in size.
While the dough is proofing, prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together.
Sprinkle some flour on the proofed dough, which is a bit sticky, and shape it into a square.
Roll it out into a sheet about 30*40cm, and evenly spread the cinnamon filling on top.
Roll it up, pinch the ends tightly, cut off the uneven parts, and cut the dough into 9 pieces.
Place them in an 8-inch cake pan for the second proofing, which takes about 40 minutes. Brush some milk on the surface.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream cheese frosting. The finished frosting should be runny and drippable. If it is too thick, add some milk as needed.
Let the Cinnamon Rolls cool for a few minutes after baking, and then drizzle the frosting on top.
