Prepare the ingredients. This is the amount of ingredients for 6-7 clafoutis, double the amount of ingredients for more servings.
Pour milk into a pot, add butter, and then add vanilla extract.
Heat the milk over low heat, stir until the butter melts, heat it up, but do not boil it, cover and let it sit.
Pour the egg and egg yolk into a bowl, then add powdered sugar.
Stir until the powdered sugar is completely dissolved.
Sift in the low-gluten flour and stir until the batter is even.
Pour the warm milk and vanilla mixture into the batter in three parts, stirring evenly each time.
Add rum and stir evenly, then filter the mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
Grease the mold with butter.
Take out the mixture, stir it again, filter it again, and pour it into the mold until it is 80% full. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, bake on the middle and lower layers for 30 minutes, and then switch to the middle and lower layers for another 40 minutes.
