Wash the chicken wings, make diagonal cuts on both sides, place the wings in a bowl, add the marinade, mix well with hands, massage for a few minutes to fully integrate the marinade with the wings, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and marinate overnight.
Line the bottom of the pot with aluminum foil, place a steaming rack on top of the foil.
