Cut the vegetables. Wash the shiitake mushrooms.
Prepare the cabbage and tofu. Make a small cut on top of each tofu piece for better flavor absorption.
Place the cabbage at the bottom of the clay pot.
Sear the pork belly until brown, then add the sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the carrots and stir-fry.
