Steps to make Coarse Grain Steamed Buns
Mix cornmeal, mung bean flour, and sorghum flour in a bowl.
Wash oatmeal and add appropriate amount of water to boil.
Add the boiled oatmeal water to the flour mixture in small amounts, stirring with chopsticks while adding until there is no dry flour left.
Knead the dough until it is not hot and shape it into small buns.
Steam for 8-10 minutes after the water boils.
