Cocoa Snowflake Pastry Cooking Steps
Prepare all ingredients before proceeding: Butter does not need to be softened; Rinse the surface impurities off the raisins, then dry the surface moisture with kitchen paper; Pre-bake the mixed nuts; If the biscuits are large, break them into small pieces.
Put butter and dark chocolate in a non-stick pan
Melt and mix them over low heat
Add marshmallows, I couldn’t find the original flavor, so I used two kinds, strawberry flavor and orange-flavored sandwich
Stir-fry over low heat until the marshmallows melt
Add milk powder
Mix well
Add biscuits, nuts, and raisins
Quickly mix well, move to a baking tray, and press while hot to allow the syrup to mix more thoroughly with the biscuits and nuts
Stick it to one side of the baking tray and shape it
Mix milk powder and cocoa powder, sift onto the shaped biscuits, and sift both sides
Cut into strips while hot with a bread knife (serrated knife) (I’m clumsy, so the width of the strips is uneven), it will be difficult to cut when it cools down
Then cut into small pieces
