Mix sugar, vegetable oil, and egg in a bowl until well combined.
Add flour, yeast, and salt.
Add milk and mix well to form a dough, knead until it can be stretched into a thin film and let it rise.
Divide the risen dough into two portions, add cocoa powder to one portion.
Knead the two dough portions together, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out the rested dough into long strips.
Place the cocoa dough on top of the white dough.
Roll up from one side.
