Steps for Making Coconut Bread (Bread Machine Version)

Add egg, milk, sugar, and salt to the bread machine and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add flour and yeast to the mixture, and start the quick kneading program.
After one program is finished, add melted butter and continue with the quick kneading program.
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
To make the coconut filling in the bread machine: soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with powdered sugar in three parts.
Add the whole egg in three parts and mix well.
Add milk in three parts and mix well.
Finally, add coconut flakes and mix well.
Divide the dough into three equal parts and let it deflate.
