Detailed Steps for Making Coconut Bread from Bread Machine
Follow the order of wet ingredients before dry ingredients. 2 eggs, 160ml milk, 3 tbsp sugar, 4/3 tsp salt, 3 cups flour, and 1 tsp yeast on top.
After all the ingredients are added, select the “Knead I” function and wait for the kneading process.
After the “Knead I” function is finished, add 20g butter and continue with the “Knead II” function. Then select the “Ferment” function for one hour.
While waiting for the dough to ferment, we can make the coconut filling. Use 25g butter or 3 tsp, 1 egg yolk, 3 tbsp granulated sugar, and 50g coconut.
Then mix well with hands and set aside.
After the dough has fermented, remove the air and divide it into two equal parts.
Cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.

After 40 minutes, it’s ready to serve. It’s more delicious than the bread from the bakery.
