Ingredients for the tart crust: Cake flour 80g, Coconut 18g, Butter 40g, Egg 15g, Sugar 15g, Water 10ml.
Ingredients for the tart filling: Cream cheese 8g, Whipping cream 7g, Yogurt 7g, Sugar 5g, Egg liquid 10g, Vanilla powder to taste.
Other: Apricot jam, sugar beads for decoration.
Quickly mix all the ingredients for the tart crust, blend well, and refrigerate for about an hour.
While chilling the dough, prepare the tart filling. Soften the cheese, mix in the yogurt, add the whipping cream, mix well, add sugar and vanilla powder, then finally add the egg liquid.
Mix well and set aside.
Take out the dough, make tart crusts and place them in molds.
