Ingredients:
100g cake flour; 2 eggs; 20g desiccated coconut; 3g salt; 20g oatmeal; 20g sugar; 150ml milk; 1 tsp white sesame seeds; 1 tsp black sesame seeds.
Additional ingredients:
1 bowl of cooked red bean paste.
Taste: Sweet; Cooking method: Pan-fry; Time: 30 minutes; Difficulty: Moderate.
Steps to make Coconut Filled Cookies:
Mix the main ingredients evenly,
Pour the batter into a pan and fry (without oil),
Add red bean paste to two of the cookies,
Place the other two cookies on top of the ones with red bean paste,
Fry until both sides are golden brown!
