Steps to Make Coconut Mango Sago
Bring water to a boil, add sago, and cook for about twenty minutes.
Remove and rinse with cold water.
Prepare coconut milk.
Pour some water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Cut open the coconut with a knife, this process is a bit laborious.
Pour the coconut milk into the boiling pot.
Bring to a boil, I did not add extra sugar, so it’s not very sweet.
Remove the cooked sago from cold water and pour into the boiling coconut milk, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
