Steps to Make Coconut Milk Grape Tangyuan
All Ingredients
Mix sugar, egg liquid, salt, and milk until well combined
Add milk powder and mix slightly
Add raisins and mix well with hands to create coconut milk grape filling
Knead glutinous rice flour and tapioca starch together with warm water to form a soft dough
Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, and add an appropriate amount of coconut milk grape filling
Wrap the tangyuan
Cook the tangyuan in boiling water until they float and are fully cooked
Transfer to cold water to cool
In another pot, bring water, ginger slices, and rock sugar to a boil
Cook the tangyuan in the rock sugar water for about 3 minutes
Sprinkle dried osmanthus, then turn off the heat
