Steps to Make Coconut Milk Pudding
Prepare the ingredients.
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until softened.
Remove softened gelatin, drain, add to 50g of milk, microwave on high for 15 seconds, stir until completely melted in the milk.
Pour mixture into a large bowl, add coconut milk and the remaining 100g of milk, mix well.
Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
Remove the set pudding from the refrigerator, cut into pieces, and coat with a layer of coconut flakes.
