Steps to Make Coconut Snowflake Pastry
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, then add the cotton candy and stir-fry.
Once the cotton candy slightly melts, add the coconut shreds.
Then add the crushed biscuits and nuts.
Mix well.
Sprinkle a layer of milk powder at the bottom of a container to prevent sticking, then shape the cotton candy mixture together.
Let it cool and then cut into pieces.
Sift some more milk powder over it and it’s ready to serve.
